To achieve a well-managed outdoor recreational facility for visitors, encourage the appreciation and understanding of trees and forests by all age groups, develop accessible thematic tree collections of scientific, socio-economic, cultural, educational and aesthetic value and complement other local, regional and national initiatives in biodiversity conservation.
